Chinesische Wollkrabben mit Eiweiß und Schlossbier

Die Wollkrabbe wird hauptsächlich im Süßwasser gefischt und lebend gehandelt.

Die Krabbe ist sehr aggressiv und verdankt ihren Namen der Tatsache, dass sie dichtes Haar hat

hält die Vorderbeine. 

Rezept für 4 Personen. 

4 Wollkrabben 50 gr Butter pfeffer und salz 

Vorbereitung.
Schneide das Eiweiß in einem großen Topf und lege die noch lebenden Wollkrabben hinein.
Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken und die Krabben 2 Stunden darin braten lassen
Protein. Verschließen Sie den Topf gut, damit die Krabben nicht entwe- ichen können.
Dann das Burgbier zum Kochen bringen und die Butter untermischen. Gießen Sie die Mischung
über die lebenden Krabben geben und zum Kochen bringen. 15 Minuten köcheln lassen.
 Warm mit Brot oder Kartoffelpüree servieren
